Resep Kue Lumpur Pandan

materials:

500cc thick coconut milk (juice first)
500cc liquid coconut milk (if less watery just add)
1/4kg flour
3butir eggs
175gr sugar (if less sweetness, if less add only)
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
pandan paste to taste (can be replaced with the juice of pandan leaves / suji)

How to Make:

1. Stir together condensed milk, flour, eggs and salt.

2. Divide half the batter.
3. Half a dilute mixture added coconut milk, and stir well, a bit salty if you want to stay a little more salt added.
4. Half the dough added sugar and pandan paste and stir well.
5. Pour white batter into all the pan.
6. Take a little dough with a spoon that had been poured, so that the dough becomes concave.
