225 gr butter
100 gr chocolate powder
700 gr sugar
Eggs 8
½ tsp fine salt
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons baking powder
525 gr flour
100 grams roughly chopped walnuts
100 gr walnuts intact

HOW TO MAKE:
1. Butter & chocolate until melted, stirring frequently, steamed
2. Pour the batter into the bowl containing the sugar, stir well
3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating until thick & up
4. Enter the salt, vanilla, baking powder, mix well
5. Enter the flour, stir with wooden spoon, put chopped walnuts, stir again
6. Pour in pan 35 x 25 x 21 / 2 inches, spread with butter and dusted with flour
7. Decorate the top with whole walnuts
8. Bake in medium heat oven (180oC) for ± 60 minutes until cooked, cut after the cold
