Resep Kue Cherry Roll Tart

Ingredients:

10 egg yolks

2 egg whites

75 gr sugar

¼ teaspoon baking powder

50 gr flour

½ tbsp cornstarch

2 tsp cocoa powder

6 tablespoons melted butter

150 cc of whipped cream

1 klg cherry

250 g cooking chocolate

150 gr unsalted butter

50 cc water cherry

1 recipe chocolate cream

How to Make:

1. Eggs, sugar, & baking powder whipped until thick & up
2. Enter flour & vanilla, beat at low speed
3. Enter the melted butter, mix well
4. Pour in pan 30 x 30 x 2 cm, who pad with baking paper, spread with margarine
5. Grill over high heat (200oC) for 10 minutes until browned, then cooled
6. Lightly butter one side of cake with whipped cream & cherry-me-drained
7. Carefully roll, chill in refrigerator
8. After a bit hard, spread with chocolate cream, decorated according to taste
