Nastar Selai

Ingredients:
  • 125 gr margarine
  • 50 gr sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg white mixed spicies
  • 200 gr flour
  • 1 egg yolk mixed spicies for greasing

Contents:

  • 200 gr butter, to taste

How To Make:
  1. Beat margarine with sugar & vanilla until thick
  2. Enter the egg whites, beat until blended. Enter the flour, mix well
  3. Take ½ tablespoons of dough, shape dough elliptical, fill with jam, cover. Shape as desired (eg shaped fruit guava, soursop, etc.). Brush the surface with egg yolk
  4. Bake in moderately hot oven for 30 minutes
  5. Ready to serve
